One Source Cabinets

Meet Our Designers

John Cerra
With over a decade in the design and remodel industry, John brings a unique edge to One Source Cabinets—literally. His true passion lies in metalworking, a craft that’s as much about artistry as it is about precision. For John, metal isn’t just a material; it’s a canvas for creativity, strength, and innovation. He loves the challenge of transforming raw steel into elegant, functional details that elevate every project.

John’s design philosophy: every space deserves a signature element—a touch of craftsmanship that makes it unforgettable. Whether it’s a hand-forged cabinet pull or a custom metal range hood, he believes these details infuse a home with character and lasting value.

One standout project? John once designed a kitchen for a musician that featured custom steel shelving and a dramatic metal-framed island—combining industrial flair with warmth and practicality. The client was blown away by how the metalwork became the heart of the space, balancing bold design with everyday function.

John especially enjoys working with clients who appreciate a blend of modern and rustic styles—think exposed beams, mixed materials, and statement pieces that tell a story. He thrives on collaborations where he can dream up something unexpected, whether it’s a sleek, minimalist kitchen or a cozy, industrial-inspired retreat.

If John could design his dream kitchen, it would feature a custom steel pot rack suspended over a live-edge wood island—a fusion of his two favorite materials. His go-to tool? His trusty welding torch, which he calls his “magic wand” for turning ideas into reality.

Outside the workshop, John loves restoring vintage metal tools, exploring local flea markets for hidden treasures, and taking long motorcycle rides through the countryside. He’s also known for crafting one-of-a-kind metal sculptures in his spare time—each piece a reflection of his passion for the craft.

When the dust settles after a big project, John likes to unwind at his favorite local brewery, swapping stories with friends and sketching new ideas on the back of a coaster.
John’s advice for homeowners starting a remodel: Don’t be afraid to take risks and let your personality shine through in your space. The best designs come from collaboration, creativity, and a willingness to try something new.

He’s always excited to work with clients who come with inspiration and an open mind—just bring your ideas, and John will bring them to life with a spark of metal magic.

Tarin Feinstein

With 15 years in the design and remodel industry—and three years focused on cabinetry—Tarin brings a wealth of expertise, creativity, and a personal touch to every project at One Source Cabinets. For Tarin, cabinets are more than just storage—they’re the heart of a space, offering endless opportunities to enhance organization, maximize potential, and express creativity. What drives her most is helping clients turn their ideas into reality—or introducing them to possibilities they never imagined.

Tarin’s design philosophy is simple: every space should feel personal and timeless, blending form and function without being overly trendy. She’s especially proud of standout projects like the custom 10-foot-tall guitar cabinet, designed to house a variety of guitars and sound equipment with ingenious pullouts and storage solutions for wires and speakers—a true testament to her problem-solving and creative skills.

Tarin loves working on remodels that elevate affordable kitchens into high-end showpieces. Her favorite projects are collaborations with contractors and remodelers on resale properties, drawing from her extensive background in that arena. She’s drawn to styles that merge traditional warmth with modern, transitional elements—spaces that feel fresh and on-trend, yet inviting and enduring.

If Tarin could design her dream kitchen, it would feature a seamless pass-through door leading to a hidden scullery—a functional, visually striking space perfect for cooking and entertaining. Her favorite kitchen tool? The Ninja Espresso Machine, which she calls a piece of art that fuels both her mornings and her inspiration.

Outside of work, Tarin is happiest playing with her dog, gardening, road tripping, tending to her plants, antiquing, and rehabbing furniture. She’s also an avid pumpkin grower—her “warty goblin” pumpkins are a yearly highlight! After a big project, you’ll often find her unwinding with a glass of wine at Cooper’s Hawk or getting lost in a good book among her plants.

Tarin’s best advice for homeowners starting a remodel? Stay flexible, trust the process, and remember that everything is fixable—it’s always worth it in the end. She loves clients who come prepared with inspiration and ideas, and encourages sharing everything from Instagram saves to Pinterest boards to help her bring their vision to life.

If she could collaborate with anyone, it’d be Martha Stewart—especially in the garden. And as for her own creative quirks?

Tarin often gets her best ideas in the middle of the night or while tending to her plants, always keeping a notebook handy to capture inspiration whenever it strikes.

Dave’s design philosophy is rooted in the belief that great cabinetry forms the backbone of any well-loved home. He’s dedicated to creating spaces that are not only functional and beautiful but also stand the test of time. Whether it’s a sprawling kitchen renovation or a clever storage solution for a small space, Dave’s attention to detail and commitment to quality shine through in every project.
One of his most memorable projects involved restoring cabinetry in a historic home, balancing the need for modern convenience with respect for the home’s original character. Dave’s expertise allowed him to seamlessly blend new and old, giving the homeowners a kitchen that honored the past while embracing the present.
Dave thrives on working with clients who value craftsmanship and are looking for designs that will last for generations. He’s especially passionate about traditional and classic styles, but he’s always up for a challenge—whether that means integrating the latest hardware innovations or finding creative ways to maximize storage.

If Dave could design his dream kitchen, it would feature custom-built cabinetry with timeless detailing, hidden storage for every gadget, and a cozy breakfast nook where family and friends can gather. His favorite tool? The classic tape measure—because, as Dave says, “precision is everything.”

Outside of work, Dave enjoys woodworking, fishing, and spending time with his family. He’s also known for mentoring up-and-coming designers, always happy to share a tip or a story from his years in the business.

After wrapping up a big project, you’ll find Dave relaxing with a good cup of coffee at his local diner, reflecting on another job well done.

His advice to homeowners? Trust the process and don’t rush important decisions—quality cabinetry is an investment that pays off every day.

Dave’s perfect client? Someone who appreciates the value of experience and is excited to collaborate on creating something truly lasting. Bring your ideas, and Dave will bring decades of know-how to make them a reality.

Yvette McIntire

With over 20 years in residential design and renovation, and four years focused on cabinet design and sales. Yvette brings a hands-on, real-world perspective to every project. Her journey began by flipping and renovating homes, where she learned first-hand what works (and what doesn’t) when spaces are rebuilt from the ground up. At One Source Cabinets, she’s passionate about creating kitchens that are as functional as they are beautiful because a kitchen that doesn’t work for your life is decoration, not true design.

Yvette’s approach is all about function first. She’s known for asking the right questions, listening closely, and designing around real life, not just trends. Her favorite projects range from dream remodels for homeowners to collaborating with builders and contractors on new builds and complex renovations. Whether it’s a sprawling kitchen or a tight space, her goal is always the same: smarter, more intentional use of what you already have.

A standout project? Transforming a cramped kitchen by removing a dominating peninsula and extending cabinetry along the wall. The result: more countertop space, a connected floor plan, and a kitchen that finally feels like home, without costly additions or demolition drama.
Beyond design, Yvette is passionate about dance, animals, and adventure. She’s traveled and pet-sat across the US and Europe, picking up fresh ideas from every home she’s visited. She’s a coffee enthusiast, a hiking fan, and, fun fact, started designing homes for her Barbies as a child using twigs in the backyard.
Her best advice for anyone starting a remodel? Give yourself more time than you think you’ll need, bring inspiration photos, and be open about your budget, it’s the best tool for creating a space you’ll truly love.
Her design superpower? She can’t walk into a room without instantly reimagining its flow and function.
