One Source Cabinets warrants to the original residential homeowner/applicant that this product will be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase through the lifetime of original home ownership. For warranty claims, call One Source Cabinets at (719) 888-4232 or enter a claim online here upon discovering the defect or damage. Proof of purchase must be provided to One Source Cabinets and copy of your warranty registration sent from One Source Cabinets for all warranty claims. For claims covered by this warranty, One Source Cabinets, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the original purchased product, or provide a similar product in the advent original materials are no longer available. One Source Cabinets reserves the right to change design, specifications and materials as conditions change and improvements are made.

One Source Cabinets has no obligation to incorporate such changes into products previously manufactured. This limited warranty will cover hardware, boxes and doors to include proper function and construction based on normal and industry standard use.

Natural Wood and Warping

Warping is a condition not a defect. Any wood product that we use is kiln dried and cured to allow for maximum stability in varying environments. Instability in climate and quickly varying instability may cause warping. Within the first 180 days of purchase the warranty will cover any doors that vary outside of the following parameters-

Door Height: Warped is indicated when:
12” or less – gap is greater than 1/16”
13” to 24” – gap is greater than 1/8”
25” to 36” – gap is greater than 3/16”

After 180 days, warping will not be a warrantable item. We recommend keeping your space climate controlled to reduce large swings with the change in seasons or climate. Alternatively, we encourage the purchase of manufactured products with maximum directional stability.

What we do not cover.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper assembly (if purchased as Ready To Assemble), or improper installation (from other than a One Source Cabinets licensed bonded and insured contractor), maintenance (by other than One Source Cabinets and the euro-1 Cabinet line authorized personnel), misuse, neglect, or use of replacement parts not provided or recommended by One Source Cabinets are not covered under this warranty. The warranty does not cover any expense involved in removing, shipping, or reinstallation of any components or products. This warranty does not cover damage to cabinets, their contents or any appurtenant fixtures or devices due to improperly installed or adjusted components. Damage resulting from outdoor use, exposure to sun or other heat sources, cleaning with chemicals, exposure to moisture, etc. will not be covered by One Source Cabinets. Components exposed to moisture will not be covered under this warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, One Source Cabinets shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other incidental or consequential damages or costs (including labor charges), whether based on breach of express or implied warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to this express warranty. This warranty is not transferable for its duration unless authorized in writing by One Source Cabinets.
